All you need to do is fill out our pre-consultation questionnaire. Then, one of our jewellery consultants will get in touch.
Through thoughtful questioning about your personal tastes and lifestyle, we’ll help articulate and refine your vision.
We’ll establish your diamond and coloured gemstone preferences, the cut and colours you are gravitating towards, along with design, metals, and your budget range.
It’s all part of creating a design that’s as multifaceted as the person it’s for.

Whether your consultation happens in our Melbourne or Sydney showrooms, virtually, or even by email, it’s a time to share, collaborate and get creative with us.
One of our fine jewellery and gemstone specialists will review your initial inspiration, then guide you through a curated collection of our signature designs and slowly sourced diamonds and gemstones—each carefully hand-selected by our in-house gemologist.
We love nothing more than to collaborate with you on this instinctive journey to find the perfect gemstones, design and metal for you.
Hamish Whiting is our gemological institute of America (GIA) trained gemologist and HRD Antwerp Diamond grader, and our in-house ‘rock’ expert. He is currently working from The Antwerp Diamond Bourse - the centre of old world diamond trading.
All of our diamond and gemstones are selected carefully and slowly over time for our gem vault to ensure that we always have an extensive collection of the most beautiful diamonds and gemstones for our customers to choose from. We are very proud to be able to offer Hamish’s skills to our customers.
After your consultation, we’ll be in touch with quotes for your favourite bespoke designs.
Once you have confirmed your design a 50% deposit is requested to commence production.
To ensure the highest quality, production can take anywhere from eight to ten weeks—depending on your design.
All of our pieces are handcrafted in our Melbourne workshop by our master jeweller and master gemstone setter. Some pieces are entirely handmade, while others are created using a combination of CAD (computer-aided design) technology and handcrafting, finishing and setting.
We use only the finest ethically sourced materials and the most highly skilled and experienced Master craftspeople.
This gives us complete control over every step of the production. And allows us to provide you with clear, transparent and frequent updates throughout the production journey.
When your bespoke piece has been completed and given a final polish, it undergoes three rounds of quality control under the loop.
When everything is up to our exacting standards, we will package it in our CW ring box for your collection.
If you are located interstate or internationally we will send you a video of your finished piece before sending you the final invoice.
We offer complimentary and fully insured shipping domestically and internationally.
Our complimentary cleaning will ensure your design is always looking its very best. And you can rest assured that everything is secure with our annual maintenance check-up.
