ORDERS AND PAYMENT TERMS
All deposits are non-refundable.
For ready-made items full payment is required to secure the item(s).
For all made-to-order items, full payment is required before production begins, and production timelines are as stated on the description of the item. As with our Bespoke pieces all made-to-order items are firm sale and are ineligible for return or credit.
For all bespoke orders, a 50% deposit is required – we will not commence production until this deposit has been received. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the piece (usually within the 8 week production time frame) and the final payment is required within 7 days from the date of invoice. Bespoke orders will be made available for collection or shipping upon receipt by us of the final balance. We will not ship or allow collection of the jewellery until payment in full has been received.
Bespoke pieces are firm sale and are ineligible for return or credit.
For gemstone holds, a minimum 30% deposit is required, with a maximum hold period of 4 weeks. Deposits are non refundable and cannot be credited to a different gemstone.
