OLD MEETS NEW
This client came to us wanting to commission a modern engagement ring with an Art Deco feel in a style that was not overly feminine. With sustainability being very important to her, she fell in love with the story and character of our antique diamonds, choosing this beautiful Old Mine Cut diamond to be the centre piece of her ring. Wanting to add a touch of colour (but not traditional blue), we had these teal Montana sapphires custom cut to fit into the cascading steps, which frame and echo the shape of the Old Mine Cut diamond. The stones can shift colour from a more silvery green in some lights, to teal blue in others. The semi-bezel setting for the centre diamond is open at the sides perfectly showcasing the diamond's high crown and chunky facets. We are so happy to see this beautiful antique diamond, which has seen hundred of years of history already, be repurposed into a one of a kind ring to be cherished by this new couple for years to come.

Custom engagement rings typically take 8-10 weeks to complete:
- CAD design stage: Up to 10 business days
- Production and Crafting stage: 4-6 weeks This timeline ensures proper attention to detail and quality at every stage.
- Setting and Finishing stage: 1-2 weeks.
Our custom engagement ring process includes:
- Initial consultation and design discussion
- Gemstone selection from our extensive collection
- CAD design and approval (for complex designs)
- Production through either handcrafting or CAD/casting
- Setting by our master setters
- Multiple quality control checks
- Final polish and completion
Yes, all our gemstones are ethically sourced. Our diamonds are Kimberley certified conflict-free, and we go beyond this by purchasing directly from major international sightholder companies. Our coloured gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers and small-scale artisanal mines that follow ethical practices.
Yes, when requested we are happy to provide detailed 3D rendered images for CAD-designed rings for your approve before production begins. For handmade pieces, we provide detailed sketches and can discuss the design thoroughly before production.
Yes, we offer:

- One complimentary resize within 6 months of purchase (up to 2 sizes)
- 12-month voluntary jeweller's warranty
Yes, we offer all engagement rings in:
- 18 karat yellow gold

Each metal can be combined with others for two-tone designs if desired.
We can also work with 9 and 14 karat gold by request.
