We offer free express shipping on orders above:
For orders under these amounts, a flat rate of $20AUD for domestic and $50AUD for international orders will be charged. The cost is displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is successfully submitted, we will process your order within 3-5 business days at the latest*. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. All orders are shipped from our showroom in Melbourne, Australia.
AUSTRALIA
Express registered shipping: 1-3 business days with DHL Express.
INTERNATIONAL
Express registered shipping: 7-10 business days with FedEx International Priority or DHL Express.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST, however could be subject to local taxes and duties upon entry into your territory. Shipping quotes exclude duties and taxes.
CUSHLA WHITING are not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies or factors outside of our control which may include but are not limited to extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.
Although we strive to provide worldwide shipping, at this time our courier services are unable to deliver to: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Russia. There may be additional regions, countries, or cities that we are unable to deliver to. If you can’t find your destination at checkout or wish for more information, please contact our customer service at info@cushlawhiting.com.au.
* Note: Please note that any items that require additional services before shipping will take longer and you will receive an updated timeline once those services are confirmed - this includes ring resizing.
FULFILMENT TIMELINES
At our workshop, we create each piece of jewellery with care and attention to detail, tailored just for you (or that lucky person you're gifting it to). Since we take the time to handcraft and refine each piece, the process may take a little longer. We firmly believe that quality cannot be rushed, and therefore we cannot guarantee expedited timelines. However, we are always happy to hear from you and learn about any important dates or special requests you may have. Although we cannot promise anything, we always strive to accommodate requests whenever possible.
Lead-times can vary piece to piece, but in general for made to order engagement rings please allow 8-10 weeks production time and for wedding/ceremonial/bespoke fine jewellery please allow 6-8 weeks production time.

HOW LONG DO SHIPMENTS TAKE?
Shipping confirmations are sent once your order is en route. Shipping can take up to 3 business days depending on the exact destination. All domestic orders are shipped via DHL Express.
HOW MUCH DOES DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $500 AUD shipped within Australia. For all other orders we charge $20 AUD for express registered shipping. Parcels are insured until signed for on delivery.
CAN MY ITEM BE SHIPPED TO A P.O. BOX?
Unfortunately for security reasons our delivery partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes (as our deliveries do require a signature upon delivery).

CAN MY ITEM BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express. Both services require a signature upon delivery and are insured up until the point of delivery. For orders under $500 AUD a flat rate of $50 AUD for shipping will be charged. All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST, however could be subject to local taxes and duties upon entry into your territory. Shipping quotes exclude duties and taxes. CUSHLA WHITING will not be responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs in your given territory.

STORE PICKUP
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM IN-STORE?
In-store pickup is available at our showroom in Melbourne. For in-store pickup, select this option at checkout. Our staff will be in touch with a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for pick up. For same day pick up, please contact our team to see if this is possible and make arrangements. For Fine Jewellery that is not picked up within 60 days from when your order is ready, our team will contact you to confirm either a pick-up date or shipping address.
SHIPPING TO CUSHLA WHITING (For Aftercare services)
HOW DO I SHIP TO CUSHLA WHITING?
All shipments sent to CUSHLA WHITING require prior authorisation - please email info@cushlawhiting.com.au for further information and return details. Shipments sent without prior authorisation will be returned to sender.
When sending items back to us, we recommend that they are carefully packaged to ensure that items are not damaged in transit. CUSHLA WHITING does not cover costs of return shipping. We recommend fully insuring all shipments and keeping your tracking number and receipt somewhere safe for reference. If you are shipping fine jewellery, we recommend to contact your insurance provider to determine your best shipping option.
