STEP 1 - YOUR CONSULTATION
Book a one-on-one video call with your gemstone and design consultant. Share your design ideas, gemstone preferences and budget. We'll curate a selection made just for you.
STEP 2 - GEM VAULT & DESIGN
Explore your shortlist through our online GEM VAULT. Every stone is hand-selected by our in-house GIA-certified gemmologist Hamish Whiting at the Antwerp Diamond Bourse. Together we finalise your design.
STEP 3 - PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Your piece is handcrafted in our Melbourne workshop. Once complete, we ship it fully insured, anywhere in the world.

Yes. We ship anywhere in the world via FedEx International Express, fully insured until signed for. Complimentary on every order.
Ready-to-ship pieces arrive within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch. Bespoke rings take 6 to 8 weeks to make, wedding bands 4 to 6 weeks, then ship fully insured to your door.
Prices display in AUD, USD, EUR, GBP or NZD. Australian GST (10%) is automatically removed at checkout for all international orders. Your bank applies the live exchange rate at time of purchase.
Import duties and taxes vary by country and are payable by you on arrival. We prepare full documentation so customs clearance is seamless.
All international orders are final sale. Exchanges and credit notes are not offered on ready-to-ship or bespoke pieces. Every piece is covered by our lifetime manufacturing warranty against faults in materials and workmanship.
