This allows us to measure multiple times throughout the day, as fingers naturally fluctuate in size due to temperature and activity.

If you're planning a surprise proposal, consider borrowing a ring they currently wear on their ring finger or using our ring sizing guide. Remember that fingers can change size throughout the day and with temperature changes, so it's best to measure when the hand is at room temperature and later in the day.

For engagement rings, we offer one complimentary resize within two months of purchase. If selecting a size for a surprise proposal, we typically recommend erring slightly larger, as it's easier to size down than up.

Our bespoke engagement ring process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your preferences and complete a pre-appointment questionnaire. This helps us understand your vision and guide you through exploring our collection for inspiration.

Working with our gemologist, you'll select the perfect stone, viewing options in natural light to ensure you're completely confident in your choice. We then move into design development, where you can choose between handmade or CAD/cast production methods. For CAD designs, you'll receive rendered images for approval before production begins.

Our standard production timeline is 8-10 weeks, with CAD designs taking approximately 10 working days for modeling and 6 weeks for production. Handmade pieces typically require 3-4 weeks for crafting and 2 weeks for setting. Throughout the process, each ring undergoes multiple stages of quality control, including final polish and inspection.

We maintain regular communication throughout the process and offer comprehensive aftercare services, including complimentary cleaning for life and warranty coverage. This ensures your ring remains as beautiful as the day you first received it.
