Yes, our founder, a certified gemologist, personally selects all our diamonds and colored gemstones. This ensures exceptional quality and value for our customers.
We provide complimentary resizing within 2 sizes up or down. However, it's crucial to get as close to the correct size initially, as major adjustments may not be feasible for all designs.
We don't offer payment plans. For ready-to-wear pieces, full payment is required at purchase. For bespoke creations, we ask for a 50% deposit to start production, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
While we don't currently have a physical showroom on the Gold Coast, we offer comprehensive virtual consultations. Our expert team can guide you through our collection and showcase our gemstones via our high-resolution digital library, ensuring Gold Coast clients receive the same exceptional service and expertise.
