Absolutely. Our founder, a certified gemologist, personally selects all our diamonds and colored gemstones, ensuring top quality and value for our customers.
We offer complimentary resizing within 2 sizes up or down. It's important to get as close to the correct size initially, as significant adjustments may not be possible for all designs.
We don't offer payment plans. For ready-to-wear pieces, full payment is required upfront. For bespoke creations, we require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due upon completion.
While we don't currently have a physical showroom in Geelong, we offer comprehensive virtual appointments.
