Yes, our founder, a certified gemologist, personally selects all our diamonds and colored gemstones. This ensures top quality and value for our customers.
We offer complimentary resizing within 2 sizes up or down. It's best to get as close to the correct size initially, as significant changes may not be possible for all styles.
We don't offer payment plans. For ready-to-wear pieces, full payment is required at purchase. For bespoke creations, we ask for a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due upon completion.
While we don't currently have a physical showroom in Canberra, we provide comprehensive virtual consultations. Our expert team can guide you through our collection and showcase our gemstones via our high-resolution digital library, ensuring Canberra clients receive the same exceptional service.
