We partner exclusively with respected global sightholders for our modern cut diamonds. For coloured gemstones, our GIA Gemologist Hamish Whiting maintains time-honoured relationships with select suppliers across the globe. Our sourcing philosophy emphasises supporting sustainable mining practices, particularly in regions where traditional mining provides essential community income.

Each appointment with our Sydney design specialists is scheduled for a full hour, providing you with comprehensive time to explore possibilities and reach your perfect choice.

While many clients prefer to visit our Sydney showroom as a couple for this significant decision, keeping the proposal timing as a surprise, others choose independently. For solo selections, we suggest noting your partner's subtle preferences or consulting close friends. Yes, indeed. As a GIA certified Gemologist, Hamish Whiting personally curates each diamond and coloured gemstone in our collection. His twenty years of expertise ensures we offer stones that exemplify both outstanding quality and exceptional value.

We provide complimentary resizing within a two-size range up or down. While we recommend getting as close to the correct size initially, as substantial adjustments may not suit certain designs. Our Sydney specialists can guide you through various techniques to determine your partner's ring size accurately.

We operate on a straightforward payment structure. Ready-to-ship pieces require complete payment at purchase, while custom creations require a 50% initial deposit to commence crafting, with the balance due at completion.

While we currently only have stores in Melbourne & Sydney, we often have clients from all over Australia. These areas include but are not limited to Brisbane,Perth,Adelaide,Gold Coast,Hobart,Newcastle & Geelong.
